Indoor Sales Executive – KRA (Experience Center / Retail Hardware Showroom) 1. Customer Handling & Walk-in Conversion • Attend all walk-in customers professionally. • Understand customer requirements for interior & hardware products. • Provide product demonstration inside experience center. • Convert maximum inquiries into confirmed sales. • Maintain excellent customer experience. 2. Product Knowledge & Presentation • Maintain strong knowledge of: o Plywood o Laminates o PVC / WPC Boards o Hardware fittings o Decorative panels & interior products • Explain product features, benefits & applications. • Suggest suitable products based on customer needs & budget. 3. Sales Target Achievement • Achieve monthly & quarterly showroom sales targets. • Upselling and cross-selling of related products. • Increase average billing value per customer. 4. Quotation & Order Management • Prepare quotations accurately. • Follow up on pending quotations. • Coordinate order confirmation & billing process. • Ensure timely order execution. 5. Customer Relationship Management • Maintain customer database. • Follow up with architects, contractors & interior designers. • Generate repeat and referral business. 6. Showroom Display & Experience Management • Ensure proper product display & cleanliness. • Maintain sample panels & demo sections. • Update new product displays regularly. 7. Lead Management & Follow-ups • Record walk-in / inquiry details. • Daily follow-up on leads via call/WhatsApp/email. • Convert old leads into sales opportunities. 8. Reporting & Coordination • Submit daily sales report. • Update CRM or lead register. • Coordinate with warehouse & purchase team for stock availability. 9. Customer Satisfaction • Handle complaints professionally. • Ensure smooth buying experience. • Collect customer feedback & reviews. KPI Measurement (Optional Add-on) • Walk-in to sales conversion % • Monthly sales achievement % • Average billing value • Repeat customer ratio • Lead follow-up efficiency
